2. Eligibility
You must be a student-athlete, at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and legally permitted to enter into these Terms to use NILFactory.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of NILFactory, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Services Provided
NILFactory offers the following services to registered student-athletes:
Brand Deal Opportunities: Access to brand partnerships that align with your personal brand.
Tips and Tricks: Regular updates and insights to help you maximize your NIL potential.
Agent Support: Access to personalized guidance and support from industry experts.
Community Access: Participation in an exclusive online community of student-athletes.
5. User Obligations
By using NILFactory, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Use NILFactory in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services or infringe on the rights of others.
6. Fees and Payments
NILFactory may charge a fee of $1 per month per student-athlete after an initial trial period. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Athlete Factory Agency or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of NILFactory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlete Factory Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of NILFactory, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Athlete Factory Agency, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of NILFactory or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to NILFactory at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12. Modifications to Terms
